Panama-Zone being promoted by one of the biggest crooks in Panama Don Winner and Steve Magaric. Both who have been defrauding Steve Magarics Employer for over 5 yrears.

Together they built a duplicate web site to differ customers away from the GPS mapping Company owner by Jerry Hall.

Panama-Zone is nothing but a front to steal identities, and defraud you with GPS map sales of out dates and pirated software.

Operating out of Australia, there is no way for Steve Magaric to offer customer service, or actual updates of the maps. Don Winner continues to use his blog site to discredit honest people and making everyone think he is honest.

We found in our reporting Don Winners association with prostitution, child pornography, gambling, land fraud and more was more than we could keep up with.

Don Winner, a broken down ex-military blogger from a third-world country, always starts calling people liars when they catch him in a scam. Take a look at the thousands of times Don has been caught by Eric Jackson and Okke Onstein.

Yet it’s okay for Don to call everyone else a liar but himself. Don Winner takes the prize at lying. You can always tell when he gets caught in a scam. Just like a child who gets caught doing something wrong he points to the nearest person and says they are lying. Well, that is just what happened when Jerry Hall caught Don in another way to make money the wrong way by stealing it through a not too bright programmer.

Funny enough, this time Don was taking money from Jerry Hall through his ex-partner Steve Magaric. When Don Winner got cuaght he went nuts.

Most of you readers don’t even know how this feud got started.

Let’s go back to 2002. Jerry came to Panama to retire. Jerry met Henry Altman through Don Winner. Henry Altman was advertising on Don Winners’ web site. Henry wanted Jerry to invest in a restaurant on the causeway called the PANAMA GRILL. Don was advertising it on his web site, the normal scam technique. Jerry thought it to be a good idea and wanted to invest in a restaurant. So, Jerry invested $116,000 into the venture. Don was and still is benefiting from these scammers by the advertising revenues and in most cases kickbacks from the land deals or promoters, i.e. Eddie Kahn Tax evasions scam, Tom McMurrain San Cristobol Scam.

Jerry, as a former US Department of Justice and former Texas Constable Advisor, wanted to make sure that no other unfortunate American would fall for the same tricks. Here's a YouTube to Verify what Jerry does:

Jerry Started RETIRE2PANAMA to bring to light the crooks and how they worked in Panama so that others would not loose, in some cases their life savings. Jerry found Don Winner to be one of the biggest scammers of them all. So, Jerry pointed it out on his web site for everyone to see. Now Back to the original story….Henry quickly scammed a few more people with the help of Don Winners’ advertising and blogging. Don had contacted Jerry because Jerry had brought VOIP to Panama and Don wanted Jerry to advertise. Jerry continually refused, saying he only wanted word of mouth customers. Jerry, having retired, wanted to slow down from his successful businesses in the USA. Jerry had purchase land on the island of Bocos Del Toro in 1996. The interest rates in Panama at the time was 7 1/4% vs US 1%. Jerry figured it was a no brainer to retire into a tropical paradise where his savings would grow. This move allowed Jerry to spend time with his then newly born son and wife. Jerry didn’t want to really grow another business, he just wanted peace and quiet. Here comes DON Winner smelling money….. Don Winner comments he’s got it I want it.

Don, living in horrible conditions, could not stand that Jerry was living at a much higher standard than Don.  Jerry continued to refuse to advertise in Don’s publication, so Don attacked because Jerry wouldn’t hand over the money. Now maybe you can understand why Don Winner Hates Jerry Hall so much. Jerry’s a crime fighter and a builder, while Don is a crook and a destroyer.Why did Don Winner promote the PTYGPS web site for so many years knowing full well that Jerry was the owner?

Why all of a sudden did he change his mind and now say it is a scam?

It’s very simple. Jerry caught his ex-employee, programmer Steve Magaric, hacking his bank accounts, and paypal accounts diverting funds to himself and Don Winner. Jerry does an audit and finds over $100,000 missing terminates Steve Magaric and all of sudden Don Winner begins the attacks. Why, the money stops again?!Don Winners money drying up again because of Jerry Hall. That pretty well sums up the feud and why Don Winner hates Jerry Hall. Jerry continues to try and stop the TRUE SCAMMERS LIKE DON WINNE and Steve Magaric.

Don Winner and Steve Magaric used a duplicate web site to defraud Jerry Hall out of thousands of dollars. Don Winner a blogger in Panama would use his blog to promote the sale of GPS maps and Steve Louis Magaric had created a duplicate web site so that the average buy and even the owners wouldn't know.

Only when the customer went to purchase the product did it become evident it was being diverted to steve@magaric.com PayPal account.

Company officials stated that over $100,000 was diverted to Steve Magarics personal account.

Don Winner of another Panama information site working hand in hand with Steven Louis Magaric, hosted a duplicate web site from Steve's former employer PTY GPS, Inc. and began marketing the web site on his blog.

Steve Magaric diverted sales and products to his own personal account and began stealing from the company as far back as 2007.

Company spokes person said they had never seen such a theft as this nor had they believe that a former employee would embezzle so much money working with Don Winner.

The scam worked until company officials began an audit of the company. Only then did they realize that the theft had taken place. Mr. Steve Magaric, fled immediately to Australia in hopes of avoiding prosecution.

In a recent turn of events, PTYGPS, Inc. terminated Steve Louis Magaric for theft. Mr. Magaric was caught embezzling over $100,000 from the company. In a new scheme, Mr. Magaric created a duplicate web site of the company and began working with a Blogger in Panama Don Winner to promote sales to the new web site.

Company spokes person said it was a total shock to see that an employee for over 5 years had been diverting sales to his personal account.

Company officials indicated it was in the $100,000 range of theft. Mr. Magaric is being indicted in Australia where he fled to avoid prosecution.

Don Winner a blogger using a similar web site name to this web site, benefited in the scam of the company.

Hours after a late night “heated discussion” with President Ricardo Martinelli, City Mayor, “Bosco” Vallarino checked into Panama’s National Hospital with cardiac arrhythmia.

The meeting took place at 11 pm on Tuesday at Vallarino’s instigation within days of the release of the Supreme Court’s (CSJ) ruling on the constitutional claim filed against the National Assembly resolution that retroactively restored citizenship rights to the mayor who held an American passport which he failed to declare when he registered as a mayoral candidate.

The mayor, who has long been in the sights of Martinelli, denied to La Prensa that he had been asked to resign but said that the discussion had led to his health problems..

The mayor visited the National Hospital accompanied by his wife, at 10:00 am on Wednesday left at 1:00 pm. He returned Wednesday evening accompanied by his advisers and was admitted at 8:30 pm.

"The mayor is not in good health and prefers not to comment. He is forbidden any kind of shock, "said Grimaldo Cordoba, chief adviser.

The Panamenista Party member went on his own to the Palace of the Herons at 11 pm looking for a "truce" over the ruling supposedly being prepared by the CSJ.

Congressman Jose Luis Varela, Panameñista said as far he knows what happened, Vallarino was "hard pressed" by the president to resign. Alberto Cigarruista, former Supreme Court judge said that the resolution of the National Assembly which restored civil rights to Vallarino was unconstitutional. He based his opinion on the fact that an administrative decision of the Assembly has no retroactive effect because it can only be applied by law.

Cigarruista believes that it is up to the Electoral Tribunal (TE) to decide whether Vallarino had civil rights when he was elected,and whether the deputy mayor, Roxana Mendez should be installed or if the position calls for new elections.
The presiding judge of the TE, Gerardo Solis, said the Electoral Code states that after two years served as an elected official is not necessary to call new elections if he loses the job.

However, Solis decided to wait the decision of the Supreme Court before giving an opinion on the case of Bosco Vallarino. "I cannot speak or give opinions or speculation. The TE has a historic responsibility and each person must accept the consequences of their actions," he said.

Edgardo Molino Mola constitutional expert said that the Supreme Court should assess only the constitutionality of the retroactive effect of the resolution issued by the National Assembly to restore citizenship in July 2009.

"What counts is that he [Bosco] was not qualified to run for mayor at the time of submission of his application. The Court can only consider the constitutional aspects. The electoral rulings will come from the Electoral Tribunal," said the constitutionalist.

Molino Mola said the TE that should define the status of the City Mayor, should the ruling go against Vallarino. The Electoral Court is the one who has the last word in making a decision whether to suspend the election for mayor or put Roxana Mendez, as mayor. "In my opinion that would be the last option," said the professor.

If the legislative resolution, the ruling could also leave open the investigation against Vallarino for committing the alleged crime of forgery by lying that he had Panamanian nationality.

Congressman Joseph I. Panameñista Blandon believes that in the end the Electoral Tribunal should decide the fate of Vallarino and not the Supreme Court.

"If you decide to remove the Mayor Bosco and leave Roxana Mendez Deputy Mayor, on one hand it affects the country's democratic institutions, being an officer who was elected by popular vote, and would be a situation in which the President imposes his will on the Supreme Court to ignore the mandate given to Bosco Vallarino by the people. Worse, it would be ignoring the powers of the Electoral Tribunal," said Blandon.

With the massive building in Panama of new high rises the economy may seem to be taking a hit, but your sure can't tell it in the housing prices. Construction materails are increasing daily with the demand for the new Highrise constuctions.

The home prices are going through the roof. Where you once could buy a nice 3 bedroom home for $150,000 that same home is in the $300's. But don't be dismayed there is still opportunities for great purchases.

Close to shopping and a new major transportation hub, offering new shopping centes and the luxury of quiet surrounds.

You want to be on the lake or a least have a lake view. We found several rather beautiful homes still in the Mid $200's with land. Properties with land of more than a postage stamp size are going for a little more. Land close to the city is becoming hard to fine.

Come to Panama, the benefits are tremendous. If your retired, you can enjoy, discounts on travel, food, lodging, entertainment, medicine, all professional services are required by law to give discounts to retired pensioners.

A Pensioner in Panama simply means you are retired. It's realatively easy to get you Jubialo Visa (Retired Persons) it takes several months but it is worth it.
