Volcan resident, Lydia Dell has recalled meeting a man named MIKE and his wife in February (around) 2007. They were eating Breakfast at the newly opened DALYS'S Restaurant in Volcan. (later the location of the first infamous "Mad Viking" party)Lydia asked Mike if his wife was Thai and he said. "No she's Indonesian." Possibly the Browns were looking to relocate to the cooler mountains. This would explain the Dutch passport. When Indonesia gained independence from Holland, the Dutch gave the option to their former colonists to obtain Dutch citizenship and passports.

William Dathan Holbert has just confessed to committing several murders in Panama between 2007 and the present. Investigations may link him to 10 possible homicides here in Panama and who knows how many more in other Central American countries. His method was simple: he would offer to buy property and then murder the owners and with enough forged documents would immediately assume ownership of their properties,boats and cars.

It was around July or August 2008 in the small Panamanian mountain town of Volcan.Bill Cortez and his girlfriend / wife? Jane Cortez arrived and wanted to have a party to meet the locals. The party was held in a converted Texaco gas station now operating as a restaurant called Dalys’s. This restaurant is the local expat gathering place. Bill Cortez was a six-foot tall American with a beard and long flowing blonde hair. His supposed wife Jane, was a slightly overweight, mousy kind of woman with her hair tied back in a pony tail. Bill Cortez drove up to the gathering in style on a Harley Davidson motorbike sporting his trademark horned Viking helmet. I immediately gave him the name “The Mad Viking” a name he relished. At the party, in which Bill supplied all the food and drinks, he told me and others he had received a large inheritance from his father in Mexico and he had Dutch, American and Mexican nationality and passports. This immediately told me he was a fraud as Holland does not allow dual citizenship. (except by birth)

At the afternoon outdoor party Jane Cortez glanced across the road at my house and said, “I really love your house.” Fortunately for my wife and I, Bill Cortez didn’t. If he had wanted the house he would, I am sure, in true Viking - style have taken it. Surprised neighbors would have decided that we had suddenly sold and left without saying good-bye. But life in the town would have gone on as normal and my wife and I would be pushing up daisies in the woods behind the house. Bill liked to keep his victims close.

My suspicions about the Cortez family must have been obvious. At the party Bill pointed to me and said to Jason: “Watch out for that guy, I don’t trust him."

From all accounts The Cortez’s had committed the perfect crime. They settled in and had regular parties in which Bill supplied all the food and drinks. He started his own church. He was the Right Reverend Bill Cortez of “The First Church of the Inebriation.” Bill would confer the honorary title “deacons” on anyone aiding other party goers with a boat ride. The dark side was obvious as Bill had painted a slogan on a 6"x 36" sign with big red letters which read “Lucifer’s Slave.”

Jane Cortez (real name Laura Michelle Reese) daily gave Cortez injections of animal steroids. Bill claimed he was on 5000% times normal testosterone levels. He also orally took some animal tranquilizer and washed it down with his daily consumption of 1.75 liters of Seco, a Panamanian produced rum. From several reports he would regularly beat Jane. She sported black eyes on many occasions. At one point he even said that his wife was “obsolete.” How Jane Cortez escaped being a victim is still a wonder to many people. Chameleon like, Cortez could change his personality and adapt to whatever company he found himself in.

Bill was not content with the million dollar property he had murdered for, he went in search for other victims, even answering ads on Craigslist. I know of five properties that he was considering. Sometimes both owners couldn’t be available for showing and so fortunately escaped with their lives. In 2009, I believe Bill learned of a house I was building near Puerto Armuelles. An associate said he always wanted an oceanfront home. His M.O. was simple: break into someone’s home and steal documents from their filing cabinet. With the properly forged title deeds he could then approach the owners, murder them and again be “legally” in charge of their property. My wife and I went out for dinner one Sunday night and within minutes someone had forced the back door with a crowbar. The intruder went straight to our upstairs filing cabinet and rifled through our property documents. Fortunately the alarm went off and he (Bill?) ran off into the night. Just as in the later case of Cheryl Hughes, the thief was looking solely for documents –there was an ignoring of TV’s, CD players, stereos.

In November of 2009 Cortez approached his next victim a man known locally in Bocas as Bo Icelar. Icelar had emailed a friend saying that he was going to sell his property. A witness saw Bill Cortez drive up to Icelars’ house in a white Chevy S10 truck. Cortez murdered Icelar in his Big Creek home and then transported his body, first in the truck and then by boat to the Cortez home at Cauchero. Placing his body in a shallow grave in a garbage dump at the back of the home.

In Bocas Del Toro there is a great community newspaper called the Bocas Breeze. In the July 2010 edition there was a missing persons ad about Hughes and Icelar and the contact person was the FBI representative in Panama, agent Paris N. Johnson. Cortez saw this ad and must have realized the game was up. A Witness recalls that the house appeared as if had been ransacked as the Cortez's hurriedly searched for their most valuable loot. Cortez took some money, documents and a .22 pistol and he and Jane disappeared.

On July 5th my friend Jason Ward asked me to help in the search for the missing people. He had been in contact with a small group of people trying to raise awareness and to find Bill & Jane. Ward had basic directions to Bill & Jane’s bunker style cabin. He had gone up hoping to find the house and Bill’s truck parked out-front. Jason took his all-terrain-vehicle up two separate times because the police couldn't or didn't bother to look for the cabin. He used an ATV. Bill had never seen in fear Bill might see him and add him to the hit list. It was then that he called me to ask my help in finding the remote hideaway. This wasn’t a problem as I know from experience how understaffed the police are. Jason had been a friend of Both Bill and Jane Cortez but he always suspected that something was not right with the pair. With some new directions Jason and I again went looking for the hideout in the mountains of Chiriqui close to the town of Cerro Punta. Unfortunately the information we had was wrong, but we knew we were getting closer.

July 6th I went to local realtors that had been renting a house to the Cortez and asked if they had his signature or any related documents. To my surprise they produced a copy of a Dutch passport. I took this immediately to a friend and former Dutch Police detective Erik Westra. Erik and his wife Fenna had lived on the Dutch island of Sint Maarten. There they were known as “MacMillan and Wife” after the T.V. series. Fenna looked at the photocopy and immediately noticed the term was ten years – Dutch passports have a duration of a maximum of 5 years. Erik Westra also noticed the use of two different typefaces. Soon the fake passport copy was on its way to the Dutch police and Interpol. I also sent a copy to the FBI agent Paris Johnson and to Internet blogger Don Winner.

Icelar and Hughes disappearance made the people of Bocas put two and two together. The local police dismissed the case and in frustration on July 7th, Cheryl Hughes estranged husband, with the aid of Internet blogger, Don Winner, went to the authorities in Panama City.

July 19th Keith Martin, Cheryl Hughes estranged husband, breaks into the Cortez house at Cauchero. He discovers many passports and bags of documents including those of his presumed dead wife. He returns with the police and a search of the grounds turns up the body of his wife Cheryl Hughes and the bones of Bo Icelar. Both had died of gunshot wounds to the head.

At 6.30 that same day Jason called to tell me he just received a chilling phone call from someone close to the case that they had uncovered human remains and it looked to be at least two people. We continued looking for the Cortez hideout. This time using a high-powered spotting scope. On one road a small child suspiciously took a photo of us with a digital camera. This caused us both concern as the child was most probably a spotter and a paid lookout for Bill. We both knew that Bill had a pistol and an AK 47 assault rifle. If he saw us before we saw him – we wouldn’t have stood a chance.

Sunday July 25th. Jason says that Mike Cook has a key to the Las Nubes hideout. Ivan Flores, the editor of the Chiriqui Libre is in regular contact with the head of Detectives in Volcan, Inspector Torres. A few phone calls later and Torres, a uniformed Lieutenant and two other detectives arrive at Cafe Essenzia in Volcan for a meeting. Torres is a veteran investigator and to my mind the smartest cop I have met in all my time in Panama. Credited with solving 5 or more break-ins in Volcan, Torres is the epitome of what a modern Panamanian detective should be. A convoy of three trucks drives up the mountains to Las Nubes. Before leaving Jason receives a call on his Blackberry saying the Costa Rican police have captured the Cortez’s. Torres makes a quick call to FBI agent Johnson. It turns out the information was wrong.

After a short drive the vehicles arrive at Cortez’s mountain hideout at Las Nubes. Here Bill has built a cabin of two 10 foot square rooms. One has a window and reveals a cleaned out room. A heavily fortified room with no windows adjoins the first room. This “bodega” room has steel reinforced doors. The police don’t have authority to break open the door. Instead they search the area and discover a chilling sight. Behind the house is a grave like opening some 4 or 5 feet long and 3 feet deep. Inspector Torres uses a “T” shaped metal probe and examines the opening but decides there is no body present. The dimensions of this “grave” exactly match the descriptions of the burial sites of Hughes and Icelar at Cauchero.

Jason and I drove to Bocas and Colon Island on the 22nd and 26th of July and talked to friends and acquaintances. From one source we learn that Cortez has hideouts and food cachés in Costa Rica and in a remote location along the Caribbean coastline. This information we passed along to the authorities.

This newspaper article was a crucial event in the Cortez saga. It was an alarm bell. It told Bill & Jane their murderous spree was at an end. It was time for them to get out of Dodge - as fast as they could.

July 21st. The media leaked details of the case. I agree that at sometime the public needed informing of the danger posed by the Cortez’s. The Panamanian police had all the relevant information and obviously borders and airports were under surveillance. However it was frustrating for both Jason and I, we knew any chance of finding Bill Cortez in his hideouts was less likely. We had been feeding information to various media outlets hoping that they would keep the story under wraps until the capture of the Cortez’s. In fact I had given that specific assurance to the FBI that I would not release anything until Cortez was behind bars. This article is my first publication on the Holbert case.

We returned to Punta Robalo on Monday 26th of July. The special investigator had contacted Jason and arranged for pick up by a police boat. Jason had visited the Cortez Cauchero home many times and most probably had more knowledge than anyone of locations that Bill might have used as grave sites. The police boat didn’t arrive – but at 3.15 the police did send a military helicopter. Jason flew off to survey from the air places that Bill & Jane would frequent; in particular a deep fishing spot just a few hundred yards offshore from the Cauchero home.

The Cortez’s meanwhile had escaped into Costa Rica. Recognizing them from an Internet article, the cabin owner tried in vain to get the police to take action. Eventually she contacted a Costa Rican television news channel and they got the ball rolling. Finally after several days of delay the police surrounded the cabin. But the Cortez pair were one step ahead. No doubt sensing their impending arrest they fled toward the Nicaraguan border.

July 26th Rio San Juan river on the border of Costa Rica and Nicaragua, Nicaraguan border police capture the pair. Bill throws the boat Captain, Oscar Loa, overboard in a vain attempt to escape.

The newspaper La Prensa out of Panama City announced on July 30th that William Dathan Holbert (Bill the Mad Viking) Cortez had confessed to the murders of the Brown family. The bones of the family would be discovered and exhumed on August 3rd.

This could be the end of the case. There will be no long-drawn-out trial as Holbert has said he will lead police to the burial places of the Browns and other bodies. The question remains how many people Holbert killed and in what countries. Trying to get inside the mind of a serial killer has stumped even the best of experts. When did this white supremacist suddenly go from fraud and theft to mass murder?

From seeing his smiling face on the television news it seems clear, he is enjoying every minute of it. He is getting his “fifteen minutes” of fame and more. He once likened himself to Thomas Jefferson and Thomas Paine. Getting caught was just a part of his plan. He was so inept and careless about his crimes capture was unavoidable. He will not however receive his glory in some Viking hall of Valhalla. I hope if there is any justice in this world, he will spend the rest of his natural life in a steamy and fetid Panamanian prison.

Donald Kent Winner, a retired US Air Force member who runs an extreme right-wing website where he promotes scams and frauds in Panama together with a pro-dictatorship political agenda, is openly calling for the assassination of Hugo Chavez, the head of state of a friendly nation. This is a crime in Panama, and a serious one. Winner made his remarks below a translated piece from La Prensa about Panama offering to play a mediating role between Colombia and Venezuela.

“…and if Chavez doesn’t see things our way, then we’ll pop a cap and load his ass up with some bird shot, like we do with the rest of those left wing commie bastards…” While he’s here in Panama Hugo can check on his employees, SUNTRACS, FRENADESO, FER-29, and Balbina Herrera. Hey, everyone knows that Chavez is running coke through Cuba to the US, right? Just checking… He has the FARC in Caracas because, you know, they get the best blow. ‘Alo, Presidente… (snort)

At least two people recently died in Bocas as a result of this birdshot. In 2000, international terrorist Posada Carriles – the Bin Laden of the Américas – was arrested in Panama together with several accomplices for plotting to blow up Fidel Castro in a University auditorium. From Posada’s entourage, one hears similar calls for assassinating Chavez as the ones Don Winner is venting on his blog, leaving one wondering if Winner might be actually involved in such a plot.

Panamanian authorities – not amused by Winner’s call as they try to mediate peace between Colombia and Venezuela – assured Bananama Republic that they take threats like these very seriously. Hugo Chavez is also scheduled to visit Panama within months.

Officials from the US embassy (where Winner is non grata at any embassy event) could not immediately be reached for comment.

Back in 2006, someone in Panama's offshore investment industry came to me with a folder of photocopied documents and a few notes, telling me that I should check out a guy who called himself Rex Freeman and who was holding "investment seminars" at one of Herman Bern's resorts and making claims that had all the hallmarks of fraud. I reviewed those papers, did some more digging, found out who and what "Rex Freeman" really was, and sent some emails to Mark Boswell alias Rex Freeman with questions pertaining to his business activities in Panama. I got the following response:

Rather than ask about our legal registration with regulatory authorities, why don't you ask about the nature of our activities to understand us enough in order to know if that is even appropriate? Maybe you don't care about that.

Rather than ask if we are an (illegal) pyramid 'scheme' why don't you define that for us first with specificity as the law defines it and then compare the actual characteristics of our program to such a scheme? Maybe you don't care about those facts.

Rather than create an adversarial environment with pointed questions coming from 'left field' and without introduction or establishing any premise for a dialog, why don't you ask for an interview with full disclosure of your purposes and intentions from the beginning? Maybe that's not important to your 'objective'.

It is clear to me that with your clumsy and unprofessional approach that you are not interested in the facts, but rather are looking for justification to go on a witch hunt.

I have plenty of experience with editors like you and under those circumstances you will write what you like to suit your agenda, regardless of the facts.

Therefore, there is no need for any interaction with me.

If you wish to have a meaningful and honest dialog and operate in good faith with clean hands, I am happy to accommodate. That's the only way I operate.

However, that is not what I see from you so far and thus, I'm not interested in what The Panama News has to say. Our market is not in Panama.

Be careful to stand on the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Your activities are very public and anything less than the truth always causes problems.

Understand about the way that I operate: if there is pertinent and newsworthy information that can be ascertained about the subject, no refusal to answer a question by party involved in the matter kills a story in The Panama News. Moreover, I don't run scared when threatened by the likes of "Rex Freeman."

I published my story, and I stand by it. I was charged with criminal defamation for it, with Mark Boswell alias Rex Freeman having as his lawyer a disreputable character who now sits on Panama's Supreme Court and as his publicity shills two other disreputable characters, Don Winner and Roger Gallo. I won that case.

An online newspaper in Costa Rica, AM Costa Rica, looked into Boswell's activities in that country, published stories about it, and was likewise the target of defamation charges. AM Costa Rica won its case, too.

There is a Costa Rican warrant out for Boswell's arrest, which in open court our not-so-honorable high court magistrate falsely accused yours truly of procuring. I had nothing to do with that warrant, other than publicizing it when I learned of its existence.

The Torrijos administration ended and Martinelli came in, with Boswell's lawyer in the new inner circle. But within less than five months, the Martinelli administration issued a warning about some of Boswell's business fronts.

Meanwhile, Boswell went underground. I have heard speculation that he's in Switzerland, and other tales that he's in Panama. Clients who had been fleeced were given the story that Boswell was going through a divorce and his wife froze all assets --- but the external evidence is that the two of them, along with their customary entourage, are still working together on new scams. And that's what Zurich Management, the Rudius Project, www.MyFreedomForum.com and the Independence Research Society are: just variations on and continuations of Mark Boswell's Continental Savings Club, Venture Resource Group, Interglobal Finance, Privacy Club International, World Wide Wealth Systems, Gold Palace and WinBig.biz rackets.

So why would Boswell have gone underground? I could speculate about possible US federal warrants, because I do know that complaints have been filed in various states and that the crimes would be extraditable federal offenses --- but I have no specific knowledge of any such indictment or warrant. Then, if with apparent impunity one steals enough money from enough people, one starts to run the risk of encounters with armed and angry victims, or with very unpleasant people in their hire.

However, I think that it's something different, that it's a problem with authorities in this country.

Why would Boswell have lost the protection of the Panamanian government? The reason is suggested by what we have learned from a source in Costa Rica --- he stiffed his lawyer in the prosecution of AM Costa Rica for legal services fees owing.

Corrupt Panamanian public officials have long done a brisk and profitable business of opening this country's doors to hoodlums who are prohibited by our immigration laws and regulations from moving here. However, from the non-governmental thug's perspective, the downside of this business is that when administrations change all deals are off and the price of protection tends to go up. Don't pay, and the protection disappears.

Yes, it might be alleged that the National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) in Torrijos times honestly saw nothing improper or illegal about what Mark Boswell alias Rex Freeman was doing, but Martinelli's people saw it differently. I don't believe that for a second.

And if Don Winner doesn't like you at the ARESEP group he will nail you on his web sites as being a crook or something horrible. Because that is how he keeps people from telling the truth about him.

Mr. Friesner was convicted of twenty felony counts of wire fraud, money laundering and various crimes relating to the unlawful use of interstate commerce. He appeals his convictions asserting first, the evidence seized by virtue of a search warrant should have been suppressed, and second, he was prevented from presenting a defense. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

The evidence presented at trial established Mr. Friesner was a consummate fraud artist. He sought out potential victims who were seeking enormous loans. Mr. Friesner would then enter into contractual agreements requiring the prospective borrowers to deposit a large sum of money, usually $250,000, in an escrow account as a commitment fee, demonstrating their ability and devotion to obtaining the large loans. The borrowers understood these commitment fees were to be returned to them in the event Mr. Friesner could not secure a loan for them. They were further led to believe Mr. Friesner would obtain a commission fee from other sources. No loan transactions were ever completed and the funds deposited in escrow were purloined by Mr. Friesner.

After Friesner got out of prison in 1998, he went back to Canada and got into the business of selling unregistered securities, until the usually lax Canadian authorities caught up with him.

In 2004, having been run out of the Canadian securities industry by the Ontario Securities Commission, Friesner came to Panama and, during the course of the Torrijos administration, registered a couple of securities companies --- again, unregistered with Panamanian authorities, but then the late PRD government was quite comfortable with that sort of thing. Friesner's name was internationally notorious, however so these companies were registered in the name of a Canadian war hero, who happened to be dead at the time.

So what were or are the financial services Friesner's companies intended to offer here? Well, Bosco Vallarino's lawyer, Herbert Young Rodríguez, did the incorporation papers but they were in the realm of banking or securities --- Ornstein reports a debit card scheme called Financiera Pronto Cash; and then there is the Swiss Hannover Realty company, which does Russian-language ads to promote investments in upscale Panama City condos; and the One World Financial Solutions / Carlyle Coutts combination of "asset management," "private placement portfolios," and "asset allocation" activities were described in a now-erased (except for those pesky caches that have been preserved) website as follows:

But Okke Ornstein eventually picked up on who Friesner is, and discovered about his use of a dead man as a front. Although Friesner is listed on the Panama Sailing School website as its "commodore," The Panama News has learned that his name and that of the company are kept off of at least some of the school's assets.

Now Friesner has filed a criminal defamation charge against Okke Ornstein, Friesner's ex-wife, Friesner's son, and the former webmaster of Friesner's Panama businesses. It's an alleged complex conspiracy to extort money for the ex-wife by revealing alleged secret information stolen from Friesner. The thing is, Ornstein's information comes from published public records. Another thing is that Friesner has come to Panama with a trail of fraud victims and cheated family members hollering for their money, and has gone on to get in a money dispute with his webmaster --- so it's easy for him to fantasize about a global conspiracy to take his money.

Anywhere else in the world, a career thug like Friesner could not maintain any sort of defamation action, civil or criminal, because the law generally presumes that a man with a criminal record like his has no good reputation to damage.

By LYNNLEY BROWNING - A wealthy client of the Swiss bank UBS pleaded guilty on Monday to tax fraud, the ninth American caught up in an investigation of the bank’s offshore private banking services. The bank client, Harry Abrahamsen, of Oradell, N.J., pleaded guilty in Federal District Court in Newark to one count of failing to file proper disclosures on his UBS offshore accounts with the Internal Revenue Service, according to court papers filed in the case. According to court papers, Mr. Abrahamsen used a sham offshore corporation in Panama known as Primrose Properties S.A. to help hide his UBS accounts. Prosecutors charged him with failing to file disclosures to the I.R.S. in 2005. He also failed to disclose his UBS account and an account he had opened for his daughter, the court files said. The charges against Mr. Abrahamsen show how federal prosecutors are increasingly untangling the web of offshore entities used by UBS and other banks to hide client money in tax havens like Hong Kong, Liechtenstein, Singapore and Panama.

Mr. Abrahamsen started his Panamanian corporation in 2000 and the UBS accounts in 2002. He financed his UBS accounts, court papers said, by false claiming $1.3 million in inflated expenses that he said had been paid to a Swiss company by his printing business, SJT Imaging Inc. The inflated expenses were then illegally deducted from SJT Imaging’s tax returns, and the money gained from that allowed Mr. Abrahamsen to fund his UBS accounts.

The Swiss government is trying to find a way to diffuse a growing legal and diplomatic feud with the United States over a deal it reached in August. Under that deal, Switzerland has until Aug. 19 to transfer the names and details of 4,450 American clients of UBS to the I.R.S. or the bank could face criminal sanctions. In February 2009, UBS paid a $780 million fine and admitted criminal wrongdoing in connection with offshore tax evasion services sold to wealthy Americans through its private bank.

Panama's Minister for Education Lucy Molinar was emphatic in declaring that Monday, 12 April 2010, will be a normal day of classes. Molinar was responding to an announcement made yesterday, Wednesday, 7 April, by the Association of Professors of the Republic of Panama (ASOPROFAR), who threatened to strike on that date. In this regard, the minister regretted that since the first day of this school year a small group of teachers has done nothing but make calls for "work stoppages, strikes, threats, and ultimatums." While speaking via telephone this morning to the TVN Channel 2 morning news broadcast, Molinar reiterated that the Ministry of Education (Meduca) is working to improve the system. Moreover, she said the official reiterated that from now on Meduca will accept the concerns of teachers who oppose changes to the public school curriculum and who submit those concerns in writing. According to Molinar, this measure comes after the meetings they held between education authorities and teachers union leaders bore no fruit, and that the union leaders only wanted to stop the changes to the public school curriculum. In an interview with CNN, Panama's President Ricardo Martinelli asked US President Barack Obama to change his attitude and show interest in opening the doors to trade. Martinelli said he did not understand the American argument, because passing the bilateral Free Trade Agreement will be more favorable to the United States than it is to Panama. "When this treaty is implemented the majority of U.S. exports, imported into Panama, will be tax exempt," he said. Martinelli said he is not going to waste any more time trying to get something done that will never happen because of US internal politics, meaning the ratification of the bilateral Free Trade Agreement with the United States. He stressed that Panama is negotiating and signing bilateral free trade agreements with other countries, as well as bilateral tax treaties, in order to avoid being blacklisted as a tax haven. It strikes me funny that a newspaper two doors down the street from Congressman Ralph Hall's office used bloggers from another country to attack a candidate running against Congressman Hall. It appeared that Congressman Hall was desperate enough to have the local newspaper in his area write an article about one of the candidates running against him.  Not only did they not check the sources but they continued to write information that was a total fabrication by a known fraud artists Don Winner and Clyde Jenkins.

In the Rockwall Herald Banners Article it claims the candidate threatened this Don Winner Guy and that he was afraid for his life. However, we talked with the Candidate and his wife they said they saw Don Winner on one of the major streets in Panama, said hello and shook his hand and Don Winner had no idea who he was. This is the creditable reporting the Herald Banner does.

The other thing that is so bad about this article is that the Don Winner had a restraining order against him for chasing another reporters wife and daughter with a stun Gun, yet did the Rockwall Herald Banner report this in the article, not a chance. And he claims he is afraid, well maybe of a lot of other people because he continues to lie about all facts just to get someone to read his horrible blogs publication in Panama.

This type of reporting would be the same as if the Candidate called the Rockwall Herald Banner and said Congressman Hall Threatened me, print it in the Paper and they did. This is how horrible the reporting of this Rockwall Herald Banner is on factual information. They are reporting Hear Say for creditable news. How disgusting is this from a so called newspaper. They should be ashammed to call their publication a newspaper, they are no better than the bloggers on the web that write whatever they feel that will get someone to read their dying publications.

Don Winner and Clyde Jenkins - Creditable source, wow the Rockwall Herald Banner really needs new reporters. They are desperate for readership and since their numbers are dwindling rapidly I guess they need wordy stories of fabricated information.

Well it looks like the good advertisers are getting their money's worth. Winners sites are both down and out for the count.  Maybe our calls to the US Department of Justice FBI might have had something to do with the site going down. You see it is a Federal Crime in the United States to promote online Gambling on your web site. Well folks Don Winner has beening doing just that. We contacted the local Field office in Orlando to inform them of his actions. He maybe off the air for sometime and then again he might be back somewhere else.

That is what all good scammers do they show up like cockroaches you just can't get rid of them. They are like bad pennies.

Don Winner is the worst when it comes to Frauds. He is a total Fraud and fake, nothing about him is real.  He makes up the viewers so that his advertisers actually think he has viewers he doesn't that is why he will not put a counter on his web site with real numbers the counter on there is made up as anyone who knows about computers can do. I can start my counter with 55,000,000 just to make it look good. It is a total scam. No viewers, check who is actually on his web site at anyone minute it is the small group of scammers, You know the Sandra Syndlies of Panama.

Here are the few viewers Don Winner actually has on his over 5,000 per day. What a joke counter. My Counter is actual and shows the real number of hits, vs. Don Winners made up numbers. You can start counters with whatever number you want. I could of had some web sites starting counter at 55,000,000 doesnt mean a thing unless you are scamming advertisers.

PS. I use to own a Publishing Company and an advertising company. You can manipulate the numbers anyway you want to. It simply boils down to results. 1 of my friends actually advertised on his web site and got no new business calls he did get one from Don Winner though pretending to be a customer. They never sold 1 item off his web blog.

Well we immediately forwarded a copy of his document TAX DODGING IN PANAMA - THE START OF A MINI SERIES right to the Federal Officials in the United States and the US Embassy personel in Panama informing them of what Don Winner is doing.

This is exactly what Eddie Kahn was doing and they were friends. Eddie Kahn and the Expats and Don Winner is a guy that likes to attack the good and cover up his criminal activities.
